These terms govern your use of Scanalyse, provided by Scanalyse Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 17338724). By using the service you agree to them.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Scanalyse subject to these terms.
No unlawful use; do not upload data you lack the rights to process; do not attempt to breach security, probe for vulnerabilities, or exceed rate limits; do not use the service to process special-category (Article 9) data unless separately agreed.
You authorise the app to read and write your QuickBooks company via OAuth and to process the documents you submit. You are the data controller for supplier and personal data you upload; we act as your processor under the Data Processing Agreement.
Output is machine-generated and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing each document before posting to QuickBooks; the review queue exists for this purpose. We do not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect and consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Any additional liability caps or commitments are as set out in a separate order form or agreement, where applicable.
Fees, if any, are as agreed separately (for example an order form or subscription). AI processing incurs third-party cost per document.
Either party may terminate on reasonable notice. On termination we delete or return your data in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement and our retention schedule.
We may update these terms on reasonable notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
